Are you careful about the music you choose to listen to? There are many songs with nice tunes, but the words or messages may be evil. Listen to the words to determine if they are lies or truth. Music is a powerful tool that can be used to encourage your spiritual growth, or it can be destructive as it influences your thought life and behavior. Choose music that will focus your thoughts on what is good, true, lovely, honest, and praiseworthy. So choose your music carefully.
Money and the Bible
Where do material blessings come from:
Deuteronomy 8:18 NIV
"remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you the ability to produce wealth."
The love of money leads to evil:
Timothy 6:10 NIV
"For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs."
If we put God first, He will take care of all our needs:
Matthew 6:33 NIV
"But seek first His kingdom and His rigtheousness, and all these things will be given to you as well"
Matthew 6:33 NIV
"But seek first His kingdom and His rigtheousness, and all these things will be given to you as well"
1 Cor. 13:4-7 NIV
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”

Where did Jesus get his name?
Meaning: Salvation, or “the Lord is salvation,” “the Lord Saves.”
“Jesus” is the Greek form of the Hebrew name Joshua which was originally Hoshea (Oshea) (Num. 13:8, 16 - the King James Version of the Bible spells it “Oshea”), but changed by Moses into Jehoshua (Num. 13:16; 1 Chr. 7:27), or Joshua. After the Exile it assumed the form Jeshua, from which came the Greek form Jesus. It was given to our Lord to denote the object of his mission, to save. An angel told Joseph (his foster-father), “You are to name him Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins” (Matt. 1:21)
"Being a Christian teenager is so great. we received so many blessing in our lives and we know our Lord and Savior will always love us."
The Bible’s view on Tattoos:
The Old Testament view of tattoos is simple: Don't have them! Among the laws of social order given to the Israelites in Leviticus 19 is the instruction not to “print any marks upon you” (verse 28). The Hebrew words mean simply: Don't get a tattoo!
